If you are constantly getting the NetReg page with a router, try these steps in order:
- Clear your IE Cache
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools
- Click Internet Options
- Click on the Delete Files Button
- A window will pop up. If you see a Delete all offline content check-box, select it.
- Click OK
- Click OK again.
- Close your browser and then open it again. Attempt to Netreg once more.

- If this does not work, follow the instructions to remove Spyware and Adware.
- Release/Renew your IP Address
- First, click start, and then select run...

- In the Run Dialog, type cmd and then click OK

- In the command prompt, type ipconfig /release . This will release your IP address back to the system.

- Next, type ipconfig /renew . This will query the network for a new IP address.

- Reboot Your Computer
