If you are constantly getting the NetReg page with a router, try these steps in order:

  1. Clear your IE Cache
    • Open Internet Explorer
    • Click Tools
    • Click Internet Options
    • Click on the Delete Files Button
    • A window will pop up. If you see a Delete all offline content check-box, select it.
    • Click OK
    • Click OK again.
    • Close your browser and then open it again. Attempt to Netreg once more.
    • If this does not work, follow the instructions to remove Spyware and Adware.
  2. Release/Renew your IP Address
    • First, click start, and then select run...
    • In the Run Dialog, type cmd and then click OK
    • In the command prompt, type ipconfig /release . This will release your IP address back to the system.
    • Next, type ipconfig /renew . This will query the network for a new IP address.
  3. Reboot Your Computer
