The 137.99.x.x IP address signifies that you have a working network connection.

If you are receiving a 137.99.x.x IP address and are unable to get an internet connection, follow these steps:

1. Make sure that "Work Offline" is not checked
   • Open Internet Explorer
   • Click on File and make sure "Work Offline" is not checked
2. Run Virus, Spyware and Adware scans
3. Clear the Temporary Internet Files
