The 10.8.x.x IP address indicates that your computer has yet to go through the netreg authentication process.
If you have NOT completed the NetReg process, click here for instructions.
If you have already completed the NetReg process, follow these steps:
- Clear the Temporary Internet Files
- Release/Renew the IP address
- Click Start, then Run
- Type cmd then click OK
- Type IPconfig /release in the black box, then hit Enter
- Restart your computer
- Run Virus, Spyware and Adware scans
